finally, i've completed my presentation and lab report! feels grreeeaaaattttt!!!! haha...

well, kinda disappointed again about eileen not being able to make it this week. well, guess some stuff can't be rushed...jus have to be patient. really got to get myself focused again on two things - work and studies. seems like i've left my work untouched forever...

was so stressed up with so many things that the smallest thing like misplacin a wallet made me cry. but the two days (friday and saturday) were terrible for me...it was evident that my brain was going kuku in the midst of all the problems. it jus made me realise that all my life i had only experienced REAL stress twice...once during my first year in uni, and now juggling money and studies. and on both occasions, my attention, and esp MEMORY LAPSES really surfaced. tis pretty scary cos a second ago i can say thanks for the money, and the next second i'm gone without it.

had a talk with eileen bout this, and she agreed twas due to the damn stress. haha, but she was very encouraging when i said i will definitely try to adapt to this kinda of lifestyle...after all, i chose this path, and i will stick to it all the way. lotsa other things about me that i have to change as well...have to do it a step at a time. oh well, the time will come...can't wait to clear off all the debts.

am back in hall. really excited and lookin forward to tuesday's lb session, cos managed to persuade my mom to go down with me. also managed to ask 2 friends to go down, but will have to wait for their confirmation. now left with eileen...hmm.

through the weekend i brought up the idea of network marketin to a couple of frens...was more of askin if they wanted to go down for tuesday's session with me. well, of course, i've got rejection s, acceptances and replies in between. for the rejections, i definitely am not too disappointed (rest assured dude, i'm not that easily discouraged k?)...i take it more as a means of findin out their opinions on mlm in general...at least i got my answer! haha... actually i'm really happy bout talkin to mayvien and shiwei about tue... of cos i'd really hope they can make it down, but even if they dun, i'm fine really. cos currently, the only disappointment that'll hit me real hard is if my mom still rejects lb after the talk.

spent the whole of just now reading through the file and understandin some procedures involved. well, hope can apply a little bit on tuesday.

Wednesday: Floorball trainin ended at 9.45pm, rushed back to hall to bathe and have some food. Supposed to meet my 2 wonderful friends, Eileen and Jolene, at Carnigies at 11pm. But by the time i came back from bathin, twas already 10.30pm. Thankfully, my best friend came to my rescue (once again). She picked me up from hall and sent me down, jus to stay there till 1am only. Thanks buddy, really appreciated that...

Came back hall around 3am...had a pleasant time at the club, but was too tired to last the whole nite. Used to club with them at least once a week, but now...wow, has been almost half a year since i've done that. Gotta now 2 new friends, Catherine and Fransica there. =)

Came back not long ago from a chill out session with my best friend...felt really good...every session with her neva fails to lighten my spirit. Haha, guess that's also because my comical blunders keep showin up every now and then, and we'll totally jus laugh our hearts out...a real great stress reliever.

Gotta meet my project group mates now for some online discussion, and gotta rush a resume (comm skills assignment) by tonight. Sighs, guess it'll be another sleepless nite...

Finally managed to drag myself to lecture after how many weeks of 'pontagin'...pretty happy to finally break the deadlock. Quite an uninteresting day actually. Rushed back to hall to play my Diablo 2, and after about 5 hours of concentrating, i managed to kill Baal WITHOUT DYING...[can't exclaim again...urhg.] hehe, was how scary can...but damn proud of myself in the end. haha.

Me and roomie decided we needed sticks, so decided to take a bus out to get...but... firstly, we jus missed the bus. secondly, we realised there and then that it was already eleven pm, and we may not be able to catch the last bus back to hall. so we jus had supper at the hall canteen and went back without the sticks... hmmm, not bad, one night without it...some kinda achievement indeed.

- Weekend Highlights -

Friday: Ended up sleepin at about 4am cos was waitin for a Pearl to be delivered back here. So played Diablo 2 till she came back...I FINALLY KILLED DIABLO... There's something wrong with my exclamation mark key by the way, so i can't exclaim.

Saturday: My first floorball match of the whole season, missed quite a few of the earlier matches due to clashes with hockey. GOT A RED CARD. Heh, i really do deserve it lah, pointed my middle finger at the ref...really felt i let the team down. Oh well, should've controlled myself better when the ref RIDICULOUSLY disallowed a nice, hard fought goal. If there were an award for the LOUSIEST [& ugliest, as a matter of fact] ref in Singapore/World, i'm a hundred percent sure he'd bring it home...

Went with Birdbrain to Far East Plaza and had the Ya Kun toast bread and eggs...YUM...... neva had that for a very long time already, really missed it quite a bit. Met the Pearl later on and the three of us hung out at Sixth Ave Gelateria eatin Venezia ice-cream...pretty cool.

Sunday: Hockey premier league against a bunch of pretty talented sch girls...the game had to be stopped a couple of times due to thunders and lightnings. It was pretty funny the way one of my players said, "The best call the umpire made today was to stop the match..." Haha, think its jus something about Singapore umpires/refs that brings the whole standard of playing here down really. Eventually after completing the match, we beat them 4-nil, should've been more as we had loads of chances.

Mom bought lotsa HUGE prawns from M'sia, and think i had too many of 'em yet again. There is this stupid trend such that every weekend when i go back home, i'll always end up over-eating somehow. Sighs, not good.

finally got my laptop back...

this an extremely tiring day, and i have no idea why...self-declared holiday today. went home to get my wireless keyboard to attach to my laptop (cos there's still no stock for the laptop keypad), and came back. went online to chat with birdbrain and played some online game with her till i lost track of time...was supposed to go for floorball trainin at 630, but left hall at 7. had a stick on my way to bus stop, but before even 3/4 of the stick, the bus was here! i had to extinguish it on the floor before bringin it up the bus lor! how embarassin, but it was too expensive to throw away.

after one stop, i realised i forgot to bring out my floorball stick! sighs, this type of things jus have to always happen to me. so i alighted and rushed back to get it and rushed out to take another bus...so by the time i got to training, it was already 7.30...sighs, felt so bad. was already quite shagged from rushing in, then i had to rush warm up which was 3 rounds of striding. by the time i was inside playing, i was totally outta breath!

by 9, we started the trainin game. was pretty bad cos of the number of goals my 'line' let in...think it was more than triple that of the other lines. quite upset about it, but also dunno wat to do about it. obviously i wasnt playin well either. sighs, guess tis jus a bad floorball day. hopefully durin the match tm, things would turn out better.

eating my cup noodles now, prob gonna sleep early tonight cos really damn tired...
